Terms of Service

DeskLab · Last updated: 18 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DeskLab web application at desklab.ai (the "Service"), operated by MyStay, Porto, Portugal ("DeskLab", "we", "us"). By creating a Workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

DeskLab is a CRM with a shared inbox. A business ("Workspace") connects communication channels — email, and optionally messaging and telephony providers — so that incoming messages become tickets its team members ("Agents") can handle. The Workspace may enable an AI assistant that reads tickets, drafts or sends replies and books appointments on a connected calendar. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; the Workspace is responsible for supervising the assistant and for the replies sent from its channels.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

Agents must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. The Workspace administrator controls which Agents have access, which channels are connected and whether the AI assistant is enabled. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity in your Workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Connected channels and Google services

Connecting Gmail, Google Calendar or other providers is optional. When you connect them, you authorise DeskLab to access and act on those accounts only as described in the Privacy Policy and the provider's consent screen — including, if you enable it, sending automated replies from the connected mailbox. You are responsible for having the right to connect each account and to share its contents with your Agents. You can disconnect at any time from Workspace settings. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms.

4. Your data

The Workspace retains all rights to its contacts, tickets, messages and other data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service. DeskLab acts as a data processor for personal data of your customers; a data-processing agreement is available on request.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, marketing or unsolicited bulk email, to infringe others' rights, to upload malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to use it in violation of applicable law or the terms of any connected provider, including Google's API terms.

6. Fees

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and cancellation terms are shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time and will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes. We may suspend or terminate Workspaces that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskLab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of data, revenue or profits, or for the content of replies generated by the AI assistant. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may delete your Workspace at any time. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 4, 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the courts of Porto, Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory rules in your country of residence.
